Mr. Kasper is committed to providing quality representation and he is committed to guiding people through the Bankruptcy process. He has been recognized the last two years by the United States Bankruptcy Court for his commitment and service to Pro Bono projects in assisting and educating Debtors. He is an active member of the Los Angeles community and was elected to the Downtown Los Angeles Neighborhood Council as the South Park Business Director.
