Privacy Policy

The purpose of the Privacy Policy is to assure that all information discussed, discovered and delivered by our clients remains private with no third party access without a formal written consent by the person represented by our law firm. The privacy of our clients remains the utmost priority when we represent their interests. Therefore, no information either discovered or provided by the client shall be divulged in any manner without written permission.

The privacy policy does depend on the signing of the contract first before any discussion about information is either discovered or provided. Please note that contact by email, fax, leaving voice messages or any other form of contact does not constitute invoking the lawyer/client privilege concerning the privacy of information. The privacy policy as upheld by our office includes:

– All information collected from you through the web site, its use and with whom it may be shared.

– Your choices in terms of how such information shall be used.

– All security procedures that are used in protecting the information provided.

– The ability to correct any misinformation or inaccuracies in the information.

The information that is either provided or gathered about you will not be shared with any third party without your expressed written consent. This includes all email, fax, messages or other forms of delivery that convey the information.

Only employees of our office who need the information you provided will be allowed access to that information. And all personal information that we hold on you is protected in a secure environment.

Information such as addresses to ship you content will be provided to delivery or carriers that send information, for example if we were to send you forms in the general mail, your address would appear on the cover of the letter so that the US post office could deliver the forms. But no other information besides what is necessary to deliver any content will be provided to third parties.

There may be times where we wish to contact you about additional information, specials or new products and services that our office provides. You can simply opt-out of this process and we will respect your wishes in that case.

It is your right under our privacy policy to know what information we have about you, to change that information if you want, to delete particular information if you so desire and if you wish to express any concern you have about the information itself. We want you to understand all the information we possess and we will be happy to discuss that with you.

Both online and offline, we take precautions to protect the information you have provided to us and the information that we have about you. Such information, such as credit card numbers for example which are used to pay for services, are kept in a secure environment. If you wish to pay for services by using a credit card on our website, be sure to check for the “locked” symbol which appears at the bottom of your web browser, this will indicate that the information you are sending is protected.
